Rita uses her more than three decades of industry experience in supporting clients in an organized manner. Pleasant and caring, she enjoys building strong relationships with people by listening well to their inquiries and keeping up to date on what is happening in their lives.

Her primary responsibility within our team is to coordinate the management of our client relationships. She prepares client reviews, organizes and plans meetings, and maintains our contact management system.

She has worked with a number of quality advisory teams during her career, and especially enjoys the dynamics of the Plena team. She has studied at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and the University of Alberta.

Originally from Edmonton, she lives in Vancouver, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and watching sports. She has a daughter, Jamie, and two grandchildren, Mira and Kyle.
